  • Weather Emergencies

Montana Weather: We absolutely love Montana for its natural diversity, but with that can come destructive weather at times, mostly in the form of high winds, hail, and lightning. Help us stay safe by securing all of your belongings against these forces.

As hard as we've tried, we can't seem to control the weather. We do however have onsite personnel helping us read the skies. In case of a weather emergency, please follow instructions from our staff.

Vehicles are the safest place during an electrical storm with the doors closed and windows rolled up. In the event of an evacuation please return to your vehicles as quickly and calmly as possible. Leave your chairs/canopies for later. For those who came on foot and don't have a vehicle, please take cover at Central Feed Grilling Company or the nearest building. Stay there and hunker down. Please do not bring your chairs/tents, etc. during an evacuation! The evacuation may only be temporary, but ultimately it's the weather that decides that.

We won't evacuate to be fun killers, we will evacuate to make sure nobody gets hurt, especially your kiddosfavorite artists on the big partially metal stage! You can throw rotten tomatoes at Stone City after the evacuation, but only if you cooperate. After an evacuation, you'll know it is safe to return when the Event Coordinator has announced over the loudspeaker that it is safe to do so. Our staff will also patrol the perimeter of the festival grounds to announce when the festival grounds will reopen. Please remember that we are a partially metal stage surrounded by vendors with metal tents, etc, so be smart! We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. We will all appreciate the reward of a gorgeous sunset once any weather clears!

  • Medical or Fire Emergencies

Immediately contact a festival volunteer, if nearby, or call 911 for medical and fire emergencies.

Contact a festival volunteer or on-site Lewistown PD Officer for non-emergency conflicts.

  • Covid-19

COVID 19: We promise to put together a safe event and will need to rely on all of you to help make this possible through our golden rule: BE NICE. Please be respectful of others, remember, we don't know each other's perspective, experience, or medical conditions, but what we do know is that we are all choosing to be here to celebrate together
