This year, 12 vendors will be proudly sponsored by The Advocates Injury Attorneys, offering an exceptional opportunity to collaborate and showcase your business at Centerfest.
Important Information for Vendors
Application & Selection Process
- Limited Spaces: Due to space and attendance capacity, the number of vendors is limited. Participation in past events does not guarantee a spot.
- Selection Process: Spaces will be allocated through a combination of invitation and a juried process.
- Notification: Applicants will be contacted to confirm selection.
Booth Operation Guidelines
- Assigned Spaces: Booths will be located in non-tented 10’ x 10’ spaces.
- Setup & Operation:
- Booths must be fully set up and operational for the entire duration of the festival.
- Detailed instructions for move-in/out processes, times, and parking will be provided upon acceptance.
- Power is limited and NOT guaranteed to any vendor please plan appropriately with QUIET generators
- Vendor Space Requirements:
- Tables, chairs, tents, electrical cords, fans, lamps, and other equipment are NOT provided. Vendors must supply all their own materials.
- If your setup (e.g., trailer or other large equipment) exceeds 10’ x 10’, you must apply or rent multiple spaces accordingly.
Vendor Benefits
- Included with your sponsored vending space:
- 2 day passes for the festival, any additional people with you must have a purchased ticket.
- Assigned space within the venue area.
Application Details
- Deadline: Applications must be submitted by April 15, 2025.
- Contract:
- If invited to participate, your completed and signed contract must be submitted within 30 days of acceptance.
- Spaces are reserved only upon receipt of the contract. Failure to submit the contract will result in forfeiture of the space.
- No-shows and cancelations within 30 days of the event will result in a $50 fee

Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel less than 30 days before the event, you agree to pay a $50 cancellation fee, due no later than August 2nd.
Upon acceptance, you will be connected with a representative from The Advocates Injury Attorneys to collaborate on their sponsorship of your space and address any questions or support needed for your participation at Centerfest 2025.
Incomplete applications and emailed requests will not be considered due to the high volume of correspondence we receive. Thank you for your understanding!
