VENDOR APPLICATION
This application is for CRAFT, ORGANIZATION, and FOOD vendors. This is for a Non-tented and non-powered 10'x10' booth space. All vendors are selected through a juried decision process. Participation in past events does not guarantee a spot. We will contact you to confirm if you've been selected. As always, we know it will be a top notch group! Thanks for your interest!

All vendors will be notified no later than April 30th on the status of their application. In the event you are a vendor on a wait list, you will be notified when spaces become available. Thank you for your interest!

General Info
The festival takes place in Lewistown, Montana at Creekside Pavilion and Marketplace. Vendor areas are assigned. We do not provide tents, power(not available), or water. This is a space rental only.
Important Notes
- Juried Process: Our festival prides itself on maintaining a diverse and high-quality selection of participants through a juried process.
- No Guarantee: Please note that participation in past events does not automatically secure a spot in the upcoming festival. Each application is considered based on its individual merits.
- Rain or Shine: The festival is set to take place, rain or shine. We want to inform you in advance that no refunds will be issued due to weather conditions. We kindly ask for your understanding and proactive planning.
Included In Vendor Fee:
- 2 Festival Day passes
- 1 non-tented, non-powered, non-watered vendor space
Acceptance:
You will be notified via e-mail of your acceptance, no later than April 30, 2024. A non refundable deposit will be due immediately to secure your space.
To secure your space, payment and signed contracts are due by May 1, 2024. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the forfeiture of your space.
For food vendors: A mobile food service license is mandatory (contact the Fergus County office for assistance in obtaining a temporary license).
Signed contracts, mobile food service license, and final payment in full will be required no later than May 1st. Failure to submit these documents and payment by the deadline will result in the forfeiture of your space and fees paid. We genuinely appreciate your ongoing interest in our festival and are excited about the possibility of having you as part of this year's event. Thank you for your attention, and we eagerly anticipate another successful festival together.
Green Montana
If you are a food vendor of any kind, Centerfest is advocating for the use of disposable food service items that are made from bio-based, renewable materials, that are made from recycled content, or that are 100% compostable.
Receptacles are provided to keep trash and recyclables separated. Please help us out and use them accordingly.
We know it's just a start and each year we'll be adding more in our effort to make this festival as environmentally responsible as possible.
Please complete the application in full. Incomplete applications and/or previous applicants/vendors that have violated contractual obligations will not be accepted for inclusion of the Festival. If accepted a $50 non-refundable deposit is due in order to hold your space. Space is reserved upon receipt of payment.
