Centerfest vendor participation is by juried invitation only.

Each year, our team carefully curates a limited number of vendors whose products, presentation, and values align with the Centerfest experience. This process helps ensure a high-quality, cohesive event for our attendees and a successful environment for our vendors.

If you are not invited this year but would like to be considered for future Centerfest events, please complete the form below. Submitting this form places your business into our vendor review pool for upcoming years.

Important Vendor Requirements

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and understand the following:

Centerfest vendors are invited at the discretion of the festival team
All vendors must carry active liability insurance and be able to list all required additionally insured parties, as directed by the Centerfest insurance team
Vendor participation is a paid space rental within a private event
No electricity, water access, tents, tables, chairs, weights, or equipment are provided
Vendors are fully responsible for supplying, setting up, staffing, and dismantling their own booths, tents, and display structures based on contracts if invited
Vendors must maintain a professional brand presence, including an active website and social media platforms
